Job Summary

Lead construction activities for multiple power delivery projects nationwide, developing execution plans, schedules, and staffing strategies. Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient execution while monitoring progress, budgets, and resource utilization. Conduct regular site visits to resolve challenges, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards, and foster a culture of accountability. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, support planning and forecasting, and mentor field leadership. Travel up to 66% to manage substations, transmission lines, and utility interconnections across the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing utility, substation, transmission, or power delivery construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, quality control, and project execution
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors across multiple projects
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 66%

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting substations, transmission lines, switchyards, utility interconnections, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure projects
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, General Foreman, or similar leadership role
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and utility construction standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • OSHA, PMP, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus
