Job Summary
Develop and execute project-specific schedules, budgets, and strategies to ensure multifamily renovations and revitalizations complete within time frames and funding parameters. Coordinate due diligence efforts, manage subcontractor and vendor selection processes, and prepare agreements and purchase orders while maintaining master project schedules. Act as the primary client contact throughout the project duration, guiding teams through planning, execution, documentation, and close-out phases. Oversee construction progress, facilitate critical stakeholder meetings, and report on timelines, milestones, and performance adjustments. Manage vendor and team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations. Requires 4+ years of construction project management experience and proficiency in MS Project or Procore.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Construction PM Experience
- Previous multifamily project experience
- Experience managing Submittals & Commitments
- Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets
- Strong Project Managment software experience (MS Project, Procore, Etc)
- Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record
- Availability for minimal travel on a monthly basis
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university
