Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of projects, including managing safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relations. Responsible for risk reviews, bid processes, insurance/bonding coordination, permits, project staffing plans, and mentoring junior staff. Collaborate with engineering to develop and distribute deliverables, support RFP/bid activities, and ensure documentation turnover. Lead efforts in project planning, risk assessment, budgeting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve EPC/construction management objectives across Lexington, KY and Louisville, KY sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
