Job Summary
Conduct site walks to determine construction feasibility and coordinate zoning and construction documents with A&E firms. Manage utility coordination meetings and inspect projects to approve milestones entered into tracking systems. Prepare punch lists and ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are followed and documented. Deliver complete projects for market deployment while maintaining standards for the client. Operate a company vehicle with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, subject to MVR checks. Requires five years of related work experience and proficiency in MS Project, Windows, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Consent for Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Ability to operate a company vehicle
- 5 years minimum of related work experience
- Ability to read and understand Utility as-built plans
- Technical understanding/ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of various teams
- Professional, creative, team-focused individual that works well with others in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- P6 proficiency
- MSHA training
- Preferred experience working with DOT
- Associate's degree
- Equivalent experience and training
