Job Summary
Manage all projects including GC and larger-scale P&R, overseeing estimates, schedules, proposals, and sales efforts. Conduct prebid meetings, review bids, and select subcontractors while ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. Validate specifications, approve proposals, and authorize change orders and subcontractor payments. Direct superintendents and technicians, perform site audits, and maintain project schedules. Account for cost/budget variance, profitability, and quality assurance by initiating corrective actions for non-conformities. Report on key metrics including proposal wins, project margins, and contractor qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of all products and services that WTI offers
- Deep understanding of all Construction Management tasks
- Understanding of superintendent roles & responsibilities
- Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach when dealing with sales reps
- Able to create performance reporting
- 24-hour reply response to all inquiries
