Job Summary
The Construction Manager is tasked with managing all projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and overseeing subcontractor management. Required Qualifications
- Responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.)
- Selecting and managing all subcontractors
- Participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts
- Managing project cost/budget variance & profitability
- Understanding of subcontractor agreements and related corrective measures
- Accountable for Quality Assurance
