Job Summary
Assist with job scheduling, inspect sites for safety compliance, and complete punch lists and new home orientation tasks. Ensure job site cleanliness, maintain model and inventory standards, and address service-related issues. Participate in construction meetings and training sessions while interacting with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving physical site presence and equipment operation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Valid Auto Insurance Coverage
- Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds
- Finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
