Construction Manager

Inspect jobs in process and at completion, manage the construction team, and schedule subcontractors for a brand new community in Danbury, Connecticut. Approve subcontractor invoices, obtain permits, order materials, and maintain a safe jobsite while overseeing customer care work. Schedule and complete required building inspections, collaborate with sales to create a smooth buying process, and conduct pre-settlement inspections with homeowners. This role requires 5 days per week on-site and involves resolving day-to-day problems and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
