Job Summary
Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements while supporting planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations. Provide direction to Field Supervisors and crews, monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans, and coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources. Maintain project tracking systems, ensure accurate reporting, and submit production reports, timecards, and field documentation. Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements. This outdoor, physical role involves 10–50% travel and additional hours based on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience
- Prior experience in a field leadership role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Travel may be required (10–50%)
- Additional hours may be required based on project needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools
- OSHA certification
