Job Summary
Manage and supervise construction and finishing activities on-site while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure project delivery adheres to quality standards, budget, and timelines by monitoring progress and proactively resolving site challenges. Oversee finishing works to guarantee compliance with project specifications and lead site teams to maintain smooth execution. Prepare and review project reports and schedules regularly. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with 7+ years of experience, including a strong background in Fit-out & Interior Finishes and commercial project management.
