Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of commercial roofing projects from planning through completion, managing field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure work meets safety regulations and client expectations. Develop project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution, monitor job costs, track materials, and report on project performance. Lead by example to promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. Requires 10+ years of commercial roofing experience, leadership skills, and OSHA certification.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- strong knowledge of flat and low-slope systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)
- Prior leadership or management experience in construction
- Prior leadership or management experience in roofing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- ability to travel to job sites as needed
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification
