Construction Manager, Solar

Oversee day-to-day construction activities for utility-scale solar projects, coordinating EPC contractor performance against schedule, budget, and quality standards. Conduct field inspections of racking, panel installation, inverter stations, and substation tie-in work while ensuring compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements. Support contract administration, change order review, and progress reporting, then participate in punch list development, commissioning, and project closeout. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to owners and stakeholders, escalating concerns to senior leadership as needed. This role requires moderate independence and involves frequent travel to active solar farm sites in the Pacific Northwest, with a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of construction management experience preferred.
