Job Summary
Field-based construction management and site-representative leadership for utility/infrastructure projects; oversees daily construction activities, coordinates contractors and inspectors, monitors progress, conducts safety briefings and compliance inspections, verifies material quantities, supports as-built documentation, and reports project status, risks, and cost/schedule variances to project leadership. Demonstrates knowledge of construction methods, utility standards, and safety protocols while facilitating adherence to design documents and quality standards across multiple assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Construction Manager, Site Representative, or Field Supervisor within utility, infrastructure, or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, utility standards, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with OSHA, CPUC, FERC, and/or environmental compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work packages
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to pass background screening and compliance verifications (as applicable)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, PMP, CMIT) preferred
