Job Summary
Construction Manager (Shift) responsible for the re-construction of a key SZC works in Leiston, overseeing safety, efficiency and on-time delivery across a rotating shift pattern. Lead tactical logistics planning, stakeholder engagement, and the full construction lifecycle with emphasis on CDM Regulations. Manage multidisciplinary teams and supervise Tier 1 contractors, driving continuous improvement and world-class project delivery. Requires strong leadership, ability to coordinate complex schedules, and excellent communication with contractors, regulators, and government bodies. Degree and chartered status in engineering/construction desirable. Key competencies include safety and compliance, planning, and effective stakeholder engagement. SMSTS and CSCS site manager card are required.
