Job Summary
Oversee all construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction, manage the team by assigning leads to superintendents, and monitor schedules, budgets, and compliance with plans, codes, and scope requirements. Document every project with photos, contracts, and change orders, then conduct daily debriefs with superintendents. Maintain profitability while meeting production goals through strong organizational and leadership skills. Requires a high school diploma, construction management experience, and PMP certification preferred. The role involves exposure to extreme heat, loud noise, and physical demands including climbing ladders and working at ceiling heights.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
