Job Summary
Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout, overseeing daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets while controlling costs, approving change orders, and tracking project profitability. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams. Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting to proactively resolve field issues and keep projects on schedule. Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects across active residential and commercial sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision
- Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
- OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus
