Job Summary
Oversee all construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction, manage the team by assigning leads to superintendents, and monitor schedules, budgets, and compliance with plans, codes, and scope requirements. Document each project with photos, contracts, and change orders, then conduct end-of-day debriefs with superintendents. Maintain profitability while meeting production goals. Requires a high school diploma/GED, construction management experience, and PMP certification preferred. Ability to work in extreme heat, climb ladders, and stand for long periods. Background check required.
Required Qualifications

- Previous construction management experience

- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
