Job Summary
Oversee all construction project operations to ensure customer satisfaction, manage the team by assigning leads to superintendents, and monitor completion schedules and budgets. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements while documenting each project with photos, contracts, and change orders. Conduct daily debriefs with superintendents and maintain profitability through established production goals. Requires high school diploma, construction management experience, and PMP certification preferred. Must tolerate extreme heat, climb ladders, and work in loud environments. Background check required. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
