Job Summary
Oversee operations of all construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction, manage the team by assigning leads to superintendents, and monitor completion schedules and budgets. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and local codes while documenting each project with photos, contracts, and change orders. Conduct end-of-day debriefs with superintendents. Maintain profitability and meet production goals. Requires previous construction management experience, PMP certification preferred, and ability to work in extreme conditions, climb ladders, and stand for long periods. Background check required. Flexible work from home options available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
