Job Summary
Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction by managing the team, assigning leads to superintendents, and monitoring completion schedules and budgets. Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements while documenting each project with photos, contracts, and change orders. Perform end-of-day debriefs with superintendents to maintain accountability and profitability. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, previous construction management experience, and PMP certification preferred. Apply for flexible work-from-home options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
