Construction Manager

Lead and oversee residential construction operations across assigned communities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. Manage, coach, and develop construction leadership and field staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning. Coordinate daily and long-term construction activities with trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow. Monitor production metrics and cost performance, implementing recovery plans to address variances. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards across all job sites. Resolve complex construction, scheduling, personnel, or customer-related issues impacting production or homeowner satisfaction. Communicate operational priorities to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and team effectiveness. This role operates in both office and active site environments with regular travel between communities.
