Job Summary
Plan, execute, and supervise solar construction projects from inception to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and workforce coordination. Collaborate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met while overseeing contract negotiations, procurement, and document management. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards, enforce OSHA protocols, and resolve on-site issues or scope changes. Ensure full regulatory compliance with building codes and maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and labor hours. This full-time role requires travel and is based on a jobsite in Pomeroy, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Commitment to safety and knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Strong knowledge of construction and solar industry practices
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools
