Job Summary
Account for overall project performance of one major project valued over $300M, overseeing design, construction, and warranty handover to ensure completion within design, budget, and schedule objectives. Provide direction to planning, scheduling, engineering, and procurement functions while developing and maintaining baseline and commissioning schedules. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all company personnel on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, client policies, and environmental programs. Requires 20+ years of supervisory experience and a degree in engineering or construction. Located in Prince George, British Columbia.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years supervisory or equivalent experience
- Located in or willing to relocate to Prince George, British Columbia
- Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods)
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and standards
- Knowledge of union jurisdiction
- Knowledge of labor agreements and negotiations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Excellent planning skills
