Job Summary
Construction Manager for Preston Pipelines Infrastructure to support and optimize risk management/construction management across projects. Key responsibilities include supporting and reporting to the current Construction Manager, interfacing with all departments, supervising operations-focused projects, reviewing contract documents (agreements, specs, reports, PLAs, OCIPs, NDAs, etc.), schedule review, managing change orders and claims, and providing ongoing communications. The role oversees the Contracts Team, reviews various agreements (upper- and lower-tier, subcontracts, procurement, NDAs, confidentiality, consulting, software), and reviews software and consulting agreements. It also acts as a legal and insurance liaison, supports safety/compliance efforts, reviews bid documents, and develops training, SOPs, and policy templates. Requires 10+ years of PM experience in the ACEC sector and, ideally, a related bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work arrangement based in Milpitas, CA with travel within the Bay Area and Sacramento.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in project management in the ACEC industry.
