Construction Manager - Phx

Serve as the owner's representative for large capital improvement projects, reviewing plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Oversee complex construction activities including facility modifications, utilities installation, and field testing while coordinating access, permits, and subcontractor schedules. Manage construction contracts, progress estimates, and variance reporting to support budget and schedule control. Identify technical issues, evaluate constructability, and monitor jobsite safety to enforce policies and issue stop-work directions when necessary. Lead, train, and mentor assigned staff while maintaining accurate inspection logs and project records. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
