Job Summary

Coordinate construction-phase activities, documentation, inspections, and stakeholder communication for a complex federal laboratory project in Jefferson, Arkansas. Serve as the primary on-site representative, managing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting while performing daily field inspections. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership, and support change management, turnover, and closeout activities. This full-time, on-site role requires 8+ years of field construction experience and is ideal for an independent professional who enjoys taking ownership. You will have access to Parsons subject matter experts for cost estimating, schedule reviews, and engineering consultation as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of field construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, engineering, architecture, business management, or construction management, or equivalent related experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, field coordination, project documentation, and industry practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and coordinate multiple project functions
  • OSHA 10-hour training
  • Ability to obtain required government security/access credentials
  • Local candidates in Jefferson and the surrounding area

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal government construction projects
  • Experience with renovation, laboratory, industrial, or other complex construction projects
  • Familiarity with Kahua or similar project management information systems
