Job Summary
OSM Construction Manager responsible for leading all aspects of offsite manufacturing project execution and onsite coordination, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team (Lead/Field Superintendents, Project Engineers, QA/QC) to align cost, schedule, safety, quality, and technical requirements. Maintains strong field presence, reviews submittals and RFIs, supports budgeting and subcontractor buyout, and acts as technical advisor and coordination hub across clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Requires OSHA 30, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred), 5 years of construction/prefabrication experience, and ability to manage diverse teams, with a fully onsite role in Boise, ID.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification is required
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of construction or prefabrication experience, industrial or high-tech project experience preferred
