Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate tenant and capital improvement projects across 60-75 properties in metro Atlanta; manage budgets, schedules, procurement, design professionals, bids; collaborate with leasing, property management, and maintenance; ensure safety and high customer satisfaction; build trusted partnerships with vendors, public agencies, customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of spaces.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, and/or the owner’s representative preferred
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural); or applicable and equivalent experience in the Construction Management field, Industrial Real Estate
