Job Summary
Construction Manager (CM) to lead a defined section of construction works on nuclear project sites in the UK, interfacing with multiple design and installation contracts, chairing delivery planning meetings, and ensuring compliance with procedures, regulatory requirements, and Principal Contractor duties. You will provide leadership to Construction Delivery Managers, oversee site safety, constructability, logistics, and quality, manage site processes, and drive sequencing and resource strategy within your area while representing the construction function in client forums.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
- NEBOSH, IOSH or SMSTS certification
- Eligibility to work in the UK and obtain necessary site security clearances
