Job Summary
Construction Manager responsible for overseeing all construction projects for SERVPRO of Brickell in Brownsville, TX, ensuring the highest quality of service. Manage the construction team, ensure project schedules and budgets are maintained, verify compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes, document projects (photos, contracts, change orders), and conduct end-of-day/end-of-job debrief. Demonstrates excellent organizational and leadership skills and effective written/oral communication to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
