Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- PE license in California or CCM

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D and Bluebeam Software knowledge
- Familiarity with Caltrans Standards, APWA Greenbook, Caltrans Highway Design Manual, California MUTCD, and local Municipal Design standards
