Job Summary
Oversee the entire M&E construction lifecycle, including planning, execution, and handover phases for data center projects. Coordinate with site and contractor teams to ensure timely completion of milestones while identifying and mitigating project risks. Lead M&E-specific contract negotiations and oversee amendments with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain budget adherence. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities, ensuring adherence to project standards and permitting requirements. Lead safety initiatives on-site and promote a culture of continuous improvement to optimize M&E project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management within the M&E or engineering field
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- additional experience in data center projects
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale M&E projects
- Solid understanding of CAPEX planning, cost estimation, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for M&E systems in data centers
- additional languages in the APAC region
