Job Summary
Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes. Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and deliveries to verify compliance with approved designs. Develop execution plans, including detailed schedules and logistics, while conducting quality control inspections and coordinating testing and commissioning efforts. Travel up to 50% to oversee multiple project sites. Lead generational construction projects supporting the global expansion of hyperscale AI data center infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and understand industry codes and standards
- knack for building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success
- proficient in construction management software like Procore, Primavera, or similar tools
