Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for an assigned subdivision, monitoring completion of each phase through scheduling, inspection, and quality control. Act as a liaison between operations, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate work completion. Review daily production via inspections of various construction phases and analyze site plans to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with home buyers to resolve service issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Assist in budgeting time requirements, controlling production costs through invoice reviews, and enforcing safety and company policy compliance among subordinates and subcontractors. Requires a high school diploma, four years of construction experience, and blueprint reading skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- at least one year of relevant course study including workshops and seminars in construction management techniques
- at least four years or related experience
- related supervisory experience
