Job Summary
Manage the Construction team at the branch level, overseeing installation, servicing, and repair of structures while ensuring adherence to contract specifications and safety policies. Verify daily records, safety inspections, and project forms; conduct site safety audits and weekly meetings. Oversee estimating, invoicing, and project collections, while managing subordinate staff and subcontractors to meet budgetary goals. Verify permitting, drawings, and progress on all projects, ensuring equipment and fleet compliance. Prepare proposals and analyze labor, material, and time requirements to present final estimates. Maintain strong customer relationships and support employee development through annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience in Construction Management. Minimum of 3 years.
- Experience managing employees and subcontractors is required.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Required
- Must have experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously in all phases of construction.
- Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP a plus.
