Construction Manager

Oversee residential construction from pre-construction through move-in across assigned Lennar communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to schedules. Directly supervise trade partners, manage daily site activities, and conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and profitability. Lead pre-construction and final walkthrough meetings, coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer care, management), and ensure compliance with state/federal building codes with accurate safety logs. Utilize Build Pro, Procore, and other construction-management tools to track invoices, change orders, and project documentation. Read blueprints, manage change orders and purchase orders, and uphold budget adherence while identifying efficiencies and continuous-improvement opportunities. Requires in-person attendance at job sites and offices, with the ability to work extended hours in a construction trailer. Ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of residential construction experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with industry software; high school diploma or GED is required, college degree preferred.
