Job Summary
Construction Manager responsible for overseeing home construction from inception to move-in, supervising trade partners, conducting daily site walks, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, safety, and cost control; collaborates with internal teams and uses Build Pro/Procore to manage workflows, change orders, and documentation. Requires high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), 3-5 years in residential construction management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. In-person attendance at company communities and job sites is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in home building/construction or equivalent
- Experience in residential construction management required
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, Procore or similar construction management software
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and ability to read blueprints
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Regular in-person attendance at job sites and offices
