Construction Manager

Job Summary
Construction Manager: Oversee construction of homes in assigned communities from inception to move-in, manage job sites and trade partners to ensure schedule adherence, quality standards, and cost management. Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and profitability, supervise pre-construction and closure meetings, negotiate inspector/trade-partner issues for cost-effective resolutions, manage communications and payments through Build Pro, ensure safety and compliance with building codes, maintain safety logs, and perform inspections per regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues. Proficient with Build Pro, Procore, and other construction-management tools; strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; valid driver's license and auto insurance; willingness for regular on-site presence. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Experience in residential construction management
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, Procore, and other construction management software
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and ability to read blueprints
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices; ability to work extended hours and physical requirements
