Construction Manager

Job Summary
Oversee construction of Lennar homes in assigned communities from inception to move-in, including managing job-site activities, schedules, and trade partners to ensure timelines and scopes are met. Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and optimize profitability. Supervise pre-construction through final walkthroughs, negotiate inspector/trade-partner issues, and maintain cost-effective solutions aligned with budgets and CIP initiatives. Manage daily trade-partner communications, invoice approvals through Build Pro, and ensure safety, code compliance, and accurate documentation. Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to drive effective communication and problem resolution. Proficiency with construction-management software (Build Pro, Procore) and ability to read blueprints; strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; in-person presence at job sites and company communities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- college degree preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in home building/construction
- experience in residential construction management
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Build Pro, Procore or similar CM software
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- read blueprints
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
