Job Summary
Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners to ensure adherence to project timelines and scopes of work. Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and maintain schedule compliance while negotiating solutions with inspectors to support budget adherence. Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals through Build Pro, ensuring timely notifications and accurate payment processing. Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to State & Federal building codes, maintaining accurate safety logs and conducting regular on-site safety meetings. Perform Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inspections as required by County, State & Federal guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including approving change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution. Requires a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred, or 3-5 years' experience in home building/construction. Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance coverage are essential. Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, Procore, and other construction management software.
Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years' experience in home building/construction
- Experience in residential construction management
- Strong organizational skills
