Construction Manager - Leach/Paste Plants

Job Summary
Construction Manager to lead the Haile Leach Expansion and Paste Plant project, overseeing planning, execution, and coordination of construction activities with site operations and maintenance teams. Establish and manage contractors and suppliers to meet schedule and budget, ensure installation meets specifications and quality standards, and lead RFI processes, scope of work development, and Project Execution Plans. Liaise with internal stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and clients to ensure business needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver outcomes in time, cost, and quality; supervise external engineers, consultants, and contractors; drive HSE compliance and safety leadership on the ground; participate in risk assessments and implement control measures; maintain documentation, reports, and handover packs. Emphasizes leadership across multidisciplinary teams, cost reporting, QA/QC, design reviews, and interfaces between Project, Operations, and other business activities.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (or similar relevant tertiary qualification) a plus
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMP)
- 10 years + Mechanical or Electrical experience
- 5 years + in a multi-discipline leadership role
- 10 years + Construction/Commissioning Experience
- Experience in precious/base metals processing facilities
- Dealing with regulatory entities
- 5 years QA/QC experience
