Job Summary
Construction Manager responsible for overseeing oil and gas infrastructure projects from conception to completion, coordinating with construction and engineering professionals and contractors to meet financial objectives, and ensuring QA/QC, cost/schedule management, and contractor qualification/selection. Duties include front-end planning, progress reporting, contracting strategy input, reviewing contractor schedules, and leading on-site inspection teams. Requires 8+ years field construction experience and 3+ years of managerial experience, with strong communication, multi-tasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Must drive to various locations and work outdoors in extreme weather with PPE; equal employment opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relative field construction experience in a relevant industry
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Driving daily with valid driver's license; ability to drive safely in various weather conditions
- Outdoor work in adverse weather; noise and PPE requirements
- ADA/FMLA and related regulatory compliance knowledge
