Job Summary
Assist CM and CI Directors with marketing, business development, and project management for transportation construction projects in Northeast Pennsylvania. Manage project QA/QC, maintain client relationships, and conduct performance reviews for field staff. Provide Construction Management Services to clients including PennDOT, PTC, and local municipalities while addressing constructability issues with design disciplines. Requires 20+ years of experience in Construction Management, Inspection, or Engineering, a PA Professional Engineering license, and practical construction management capabilities. Flexible and hybrid work schedules are available.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Practical construction management capabilities
- Active driver's license and reliable motor vehicle
- Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
- Experience working with local clients including PennDOT, PTC, and local municipalities and entities
- 20+ years of experience working in the Construction Management, Construction Inspection or Construction Engineering field
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or BSCET or BSCM or closely related field)
- Professional Engineering license in PA
