Job Summary
Prepare a master construction schedule for the site, client, and tracking while reviewing pending issues with the site team to develop immediate action plans. Conduct weekly site and report meetings with consultants, contractors, and agencies to review progress per the agreed schedule and verify site progress for payment applications. Coordinate day-to-day construction-related projects onsite to ensure budget, risk, schedule, design, safety, and quality management requirements are met. Oversee site QC, HSE, defects collection, and project close-out activities using the JLL Atlas platform to align program, cost, design, safety, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in construction site management
- Bachelor's degree from in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, discipline or field, or a mix of formal education
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project Schedule
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Location: On-site –Taipei, Taiwan, China
