Seeking a Construction Manager to oversee EPCM projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while providing top customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior construction management experience, strong OSHA knowledge, and proficiency in project management software.
Required Qualifications
- 2- or 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction preferred but not required
- Safety oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to Construction work
- Construction management experience related to industrial and manufacturing facilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with clients, designers, engineers, field staff, suppliers/subcontractors, and other contractors
- Ability to self-manage daily and weekly activities
- Ability to re-organize project tasks and task priorities
