Job Summary
Lead a team of project managers by functionally directing operations, ensuring project goals and budgets are met, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Drive large-scale construction projects from permit application through to handover while fostering knowledge sharing within the team. Manage the business unit with maturity, leveraging expertise in sustainability and innovation to oversee urban office and residential developments across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland. Requires a Master's in Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
