Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end management of civil construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, consultants, contractors, and site supervisors; monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables; oversee procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management to maintain cost efficiency; administer contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing with QS/commercial teams; ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations; conduct site inspections; identify risks with mitigation strategies; coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment; ensure civil works are executed per approved drawings, standards, and best practices; support project closure, documentation, handover, and final settlement.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing civil construction projects end-to-end
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (engineers, consultants, contractors, site supervisors)
- Procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management
- Contract administration, variations, and coordination with QS/commercial teams
- Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
