Job Summary
Lead all field operations for major heavy industrial construction projects valued over $200 million, developing comprehensive plans and coordinating manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize efficiency. Direct project superintendents to maintain safe, productive work while overseeing CPM schedules, procurement, and cost control objectives. Manage project closeout, punch lists, and commissioning activities, interpreting prime contracts and construction documents. Participate in client presentations and preconstruction planning as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of heavy industrial leadership experience, and willingness to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related construction discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction supervision and field leadership experience
- Proven experience managing heavy industrial construction projects exceeding $200 million in value
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and project execution
- Experience leading multiple superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams
- Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and large-scale project coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Willingness to relocate to or travel throughout the Phoenix, Arizona market
