Job Summary
Oversee finishing tasks in construction projects, including coordinating with design teams, managing budgets, sourcing and inspecting materials, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Liaise between contractors, suppliers, and owners while monitoring key construction phases and quality across interior and exterior works. Collaborate to create detailed finishing schedules, approve shop drawings, and supervise subcontractors for excavation, carpentry, concrete, and systems installation. Enforce safety protocols, resolve site issues, and maintain accurate records of progress and change orders. Submit daily and weekly reports to the Line Manager. Based in Baghdad, Iraq, with occasional international travel. Arabic speaking is a must.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering field
- Arabic speaking
- 12+ years of professional experience in Project Management with a focus on high-end projects working on budgets, procurement, and coordinating with contractors and design teams
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Project management software
- The position is site based in Baghdad, Iraq
- The position may have occasional international travel requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferable
