Job Summary
Construction Manager III responsible for direct field oversight of construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, assisting with pre-job planning, budgets, schedules, safety plans, and QA/QC, leading daily coordination meetings, and ensuring adherence to project plans and corporate policies. Requires 5+ years of field supervisory experience, knowledge of industrial construction, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to analyze schedules, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Full-time role based in New Johnsonville, TN with on-site work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ field supervisory experience overseeing and directing work of various craft trades
- prior experience as a Foreman preferred
- Significant experience and knowledge of industrial construction and repair
- Thorough understanding of industry practices, codes and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- good organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance
- Ability to analyze project schedules and related reports and provide input towards optimization
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
